MyTripStats Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of MyTripStats. For how we collect and use data, including Google user data, see our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

  • MyTripStats (https://mytripstats.com) is a free web app that turns airline booking confirmation emails into a personal flight history, world map and travel statistics.
  • By creating an account or using MyTripStats you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Your account

  • You sign in with your own Google or Microsoft account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You may only connect mailboxes that belong to you or that you are authorised to access.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use MyTripStats.

3. Mailbox access

  • Connecting Outlook or Gmail is optional. If you connect a mailbox, MyTripStats gets read-only access and only uses it to find flight booking emails and show the flight details to you.
  • You can disconnect your mailbox at any time on the Profile page or through your Google or Microsoft account settings.
  • How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other users' data, overload or disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Accuracy and availability

  • Flight details are extracted automatically from emails and may be incomplete or incorrect. Always check your airline for official flight information.
  • The service is provided "as is", without warranties. We may change, interrupt or discontinue features at any time.
  • To the extent permitted by law, MyTripStats is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

6. Ending your use

  • You can stop using MyTripStats at any time. 'Delete my account and all data' on the Profile page permanently deletes your account and data.

7. Changes and contact

  • We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Dutch law applies.
